Why Yoga?

Yoga is the most ancient practice which was born in India and in simple terms, yoga is the core of all growth and development, it means – union or the union of the mind and the body. Different yoga postures will be used for different guests according to their diagnosis and these postures will help them to clear out any blockages in their body.

By practicing yoga abhyaas, we achieve physical strength or firmness. It can ease the symptoms of arthritis, prevent lower back pain, and reduce the risk of injury. It has shown to have benefits for numerous health conditions including carpel tunnel syndrome, heart disease, infertility, chronic back pain, fibromyalgia, and much more.

Morning Batch – 7:00 – 8:00 AM

Evening Batch – 6:00 – 7:00 PM
