If you do not have a specific goal in life then you’re at the right place. Our RETREAT program is designed to synchronize the body and its elements which leads to harmony in the mind leading to clarity which allows you to see the purpose of your life.

From Day 1 to Day 4 we have designed the course for around 15 hours starting from 5.00 am to 8.00 pm in the evening with sufficiently long breaks in the between for rest.

Daily we will wake up at 5 am, and herewith, we will begin our RETREAT according to the following time schedule.

  • Wake up : 5 AM
  • Detoxification: 5:15 – 7:15 AM
  • Yoga Abhyashya & Uplift your Prana: 7:30 – 8:30 AM
  • Cleansing of Energy Meditation & Healing Session: 8:30 – 9:30 AM

Now, it’s time for you to decide, which one is good- going to hospitals and paying bills or transforming your own health by coming to RETREAT. The choice is in your hands.

By coming to the destination and giving your 100% in the activities of the retreat.

The temperatures in Rishikesh in October are comfortable with low of 14°C and and high up to 29°C. You can expect rain for a few days in October in Rishikesh. You can carry an umbrella and a raincoat along with you.

This package will include a three-course vegetarian diet and meals including breakfast, lunch, and Dinner. It will also include daily yoga classes, Naturopathy treatment, a supply of yoga materials, and strong wi-fi connectivity. We will have daily Meditation and Pranayama classes along with group activities to keep you engaged. Availability of parking and accommodation will be taken care of.

Yes. The Retreat experience will be a hundred percent clean and healthy environment for you. Sanitization and proper use of precautions will be taken to make this journey of yours COVID Free from our side.

The Attendees are also requested to produce hardcopy and softcopy of their double vaccination doses. Unavailability to produce the vaccination certificates will require them to produce an asymptomatic/negative COVID test report.
